Training Schedule

The two schedules below are for the Skill Acquisition Phase (SAP) age groups - 9 to 13 years of age.

The U8 teams will also follow this training pattern.

Teams training twice a week will follow a six week pattern completing 3 training cycles of the four core skills.

Teams training once a week will follow a eight week pattern completing 2 cycle of the four core skill.

A consultation with the coaches will follow at the end of each cycle before programming of the next cycle takes place.
