At Ramsgate RSL FC we pride ourselves in promoting female football and take strides in creating opportunities for new and existing players; we offer female-only teams from U6 all the way through to All Age Women. Each year we expand our female participation and encourage players across all ages and skill levels to join our community-driven club.

The collaboration between our Female Football Director and Director of Junior Football allows for open communication and networking to work closely with families, players, and team officials throughout the season and beyond.

By placing an emphasis on female football, we have demonstrated our commitment and determination to recruit and retain players, to advance teams to higher grades, and to promote pathways for up-and-coming female footballers.
