Introductory football for Women
Football is a universal sport, and now the women of our community have an opportunity to take part in our first ever Kick on for Women. KO4W is an 8-week introductory football program that offers weekly sessions which will focus on fun fitness through learning football skills and small sided games. It is offering organised sports in a modified way to allow for any woman to participate in football without the pressure to participate in weekly competition games.
